The IIRP is the world leader in restorative practices training, consulting and resources.

IIRP trainers have experience in numerous and diverse school settings. Since every school is different, we listen to you and collaboratively design trainings to help you reach your goals. We will help you build a positive culture in your school by directly engaging you and your staff in implementation.

Training opportunities are offered at the IIRP Campus, 544 Main St., Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Regional trainings are also held throughout the year at metropolitan hub locations in the continental United States. View the current training schedule here. Alternatively, all trainings can be delivered at your work site.

Restorative practices training and consulting is also offered by our four international affiliate organizations: Real Justice Australia, IIRP Canada, Community Service Foundation of Hungary and IIRP UK.

Our Restorative Services program, in affiliation with Community Service Foundation and Buxmont Academy, offers a range of direct in-school supports in which our skilled restorative practitioners will come to your building and work with your students and staff on a wide range of issues. On-Site Training

On-site training is tailored to meet the needs and interests of individual schools. It is a cost-effective way to train staff. We understand that a one-time in-service training seldom has a lasting impact, so we provide structured follow-up activities in support of this training. These simple exercises can be facilitated by school staff and provide the critical support needed for real change to occur. Additionally, a pre-training briefing for administrators and other leaders can help prepare for the upcoming event.

The IIRP also offers consulting to teachers and administrators on a variety of topics. Our experienced consultants understand the issues schools face and are skilled at managing change and resolving conflicts.

Student Workshops are a fun and engaging way to introduce restorative practices to students and help them become invested in improving their school culture. Parent Workshops help parents understand the school’s initiative. Contact us for more information.
