Training of Trainers: Introduction to Restorative Practices and Using Circles Effectively

Take the IIRP’s Training of Trainers (TOT)
The IIRP’s experienced trainers will prepare you to provide our core restorative practices trainings in your organization or locale.
Certified IIRP trainers receive extra support for their first training, along with feedback on how to provide the best-quality training.
The IIRP offers two TOTs for:

- Facilitating Restorative Conferences | more info
TOTs are scheduled throughout the year at the IIRP's Bethlehem campus.
TOTs can also be held on-site at your organization.
Prerequisites
- Completion of applicable training(s), above
- Experience implementing restorative practices

Licensure
Upon successful completion of the TOT you may establish a license with IIRP to provide training in your organization or locale.
You will be provided with:
- The IIRP’s professionally designed presentation materials, training “scripts,” videos and support materials
- The opportunity to promote your trainings on the IIRP website
- Expert support and advice on delivering high quality training
- Membership in a growing community of trainers passionate about spreading restorative practices
Fall Intensive 2010
